Hands-On Chocolate Masterclasses and Events

Meet Paul

Paul A. Young is a multi-award-winning master chocolatier with over twenty years in the industry. For 18 years Paul owned and ran Paul a Young Fine Chocolates in London with three chocolate stores.

He has published four chocolate books including Adventures With Chocolate, which was awarded Best Chocolate Book in the World 2009 at the Gourmand World Cook Book Awards,

Paul won the first gold award for sea-salted caramel in 2005 and held this title in the Academy of Chocolate and the International Chocolate Awards for several years.

Paul’s assistant chocolatier David Wolstenholme grew up in Stone and, after a long career in law, has joined Chocolate At Home to facilitate the operation and logistics of our classes.

Our Classes and Events

One Day and Mini Masterclasses

Our one day and mini masterclasses are hands-on tuition with Paul, and focus on mastering skills.

They are available as one-to-one, couples, or for a maximum of 4 guests.

Other Classes and Tastings

These classes last two and a half hours, either daytime or evening, and are a blend of hands-on making and demonstrations from Paul.

They are lots of fun and suitable for all abilities.
